Refund Policy

All sales at Maison Bouquet are final.

Due to the nature of our products and services, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Final Sale
All items purchased from Maison Bouquet are final sale. This includes, but is not limited to, custom orders, pre-orders, and items prepared for pickup. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.

Pickup Orders
Customers are responsible for collecting their orders at the selected pickup time. Failure to pick up an order does not qualify for a refund or store credit.

Order Issues
If you believe there is an error with your order or an issue caused by us (such as receiving the wrong item), please contact us immediately at jolene@maisonbouquet.ca at the time of pickup. Issues must be reported before leaving the pickup location.
